God is both loving and intelligent, so we are of course created with an ability to feel what is right and wrong, what each of us want, and what God wants. And exactly because God is a both loving and intelligent creator, there is obviously no contradiction between our innermost feelings and desires and what God feels and wants. Furthermore, God has equipped us all with the possibility of directly – inside ourselves – to communicate with him and his ‘wife’ – Mother-God – The Mother of all of us. They want to communicate with anyone who wants to communicate with them. So what is written in the Bible will always be secondary and a substitute for the personal inner direct contact and communication with Father-God and Mother-God.
In addition, the question of whether something is love and good and right, is a matter which only the persons directly involved (and God) can know. No one else, including priests and clergymen, have any right to set themselves up as judges of what types of love are ‘right’ and what types of love are ‘wrong’.
This is also because God has given us all free will, so no one has the right to restrict the ways in which others can express love or determine with whom they may express it. God just wants that love is expressed.
Apart from that, it should really be reasonably clear, that God’s intention with the Universe is that there must be room for all who accept and understand that there must also be room for those who are different from yourself. The only ones there will not continue to be room for, are those who insist on that some others should be condemned or ‘thrown out’ – or in hell or the like.
Actually it is an erroneous and highly selective reading of the Bible, if you think you can use it to judge or condemn homosexuals or others. For instance it says in The Gospel According to Matthew chapter 7, v. 1-2: “Do not judge others, so that God will not judge you, for God will judge you in the same way as you judge others, and he will apply to you the same rules you apply to others.” And The Gospel According to Luke chapter 6, v. 37 continues: “…; do not condemn others, and God will not condemn you; forgive others, and God will forgive you.”
So the priests or others, who are judgemental towards homosexuals or others, they have not understood something very fundamental in the Bible and in the message of Jesus Christ. If there is anything in the Bible which can be perceived as if homosexuals or others are to be condemned or the like, then it is a good example that it is far from everything in the Bible that is inspired by God.
Finally, it can be noted that the work of regression therapists has shown that many people incarnate alternately as man and woman. So how can we even define homosexuality…?
