MKzine

MKzine, an upcoming hard copy magazine, will examine coercive mind control, invasive human experimentation, and other related abuses. This glossy-covered publication will be 64 pages and cost $5 in the U.S., $7 in Canada, and $9 internationally. The tentative release date is scheduled for December 2002.

The mission of MKzine is to be a nexus for psychological, occult, and religious perspectives, Christian and non-Christian, as well as experiential and scientific, on the vast subject of coercive mind control. This includes but is not limited to ritual abuse, hypnosis, covert drugging, programming, and electromagnetic brain technology and implants. It hopes to go deeper than most conspiracy magazines and mind control websites are able to, given the vast array of MK applications they are attempting to report. MKzine will probe issues that seem incredible until their context and machinations are better understood. It is only by shedding light on what operates in the shadows that we will counter prevalent, widespread misunderstandings of the state of current mind control technology and thereby further a public grasp of just how dangerous and inhumane this "secret" technology is. We also want to convey hope and encouragement through stories by recovering survivors who have faced almost insurmountable odds.

We have recently set up a website, providing corresponding information for the magazine. Please check out www.mkzine.com. Your feedback or comments would be most appreciated.

We are presently soliciting articles and news items for both the website and magazine. As mentioned, our desire is to provide a broad perspective on the controversial subject matter of mind control, in a well-balanced and objective manner. Subscriptions are now being taken.

CNN 6-18-1997 Mind Control Interviews

On June 18, 1997 CNN aired two interviews by their correspondent David Mattingly on the new American Edge show which were concerned with mind control.
Activist Cheryl Welsh provided a solo interview, and later, with yours truly, Ed Light, and activist Carole Price present, technicians hired by CNN tried to detect incoming psychotronic signals. They failed, but it should be noted that they did not try to measure anything in close proximity to any victim.
I appeared for a few seconds on the final show, as did the MCF Home Page!
Also interviewed was Dr. Steven Aftergood of the Federation of American Scientists.

Micro Vision Virtual Retinal Display

This article describes a new system which beams the image from a personal computer into the user's eyes rather than using a desktop or notebook monitor.
With all the holographic visions and dreams that psychotronics victims have to put up with, it's nice to see that at least there is now proof of the technical possibility of putting images into the eye, if not from a distance like the psychotronic images.

Mojmir Babacek

In September 1998, Czechoslovokian psychotronics victim Mojmir Babacek released his major reference work, Psychoelectronic Threat to Democrary. Researchers have said that mind control victims write some of the best material.
Mojmir is able to give special attention to the Soviet side of mind control.

Linda Clark

I've been trying to find myself a copy of nutrition writer Linda Clark, M.A.'s Are You Radioactive for years. I bought it in the '70s and sent my last copy to the Russian embassy at the U.N. to help the Chernobyl victims, never receiving an answer in return.
Now I have an old copy of the first edition from 1974, Devin-Adair, publisher.
Here are the eighth chapter,  Foods Which Protect Against Radioactivity, and the ninth, Remedies for Radioactivity.
These can help psychotronics victims, though the "controllers" can turn up the radiation as a result. My own stategy is to use as much as I need to keep from dying, then as little as it takes unless I can get away with more. A psychotronics victim can get 20 rads a month, as measured with a dosimeter.

Alex Constantine

Author/victim/radio personality Alex Constantine sent the part of his book (Psychic Dictatorship in the United States) which appeared in the magazine Paranoia. It's about the False Memory Syndrome Foundation and it's efforts to discredit people who remember being tortured and programmed by the CIA and its cronies. The file is ALEXFMSF.HTM.
Alex also sent me an excerpt from his Virtual Government: "'Psychic' Spying at the Stanford Research Institute Or CIA Mind Control?." It documents that "emf mind control" was the true course of study. The file, which is a web htm file, is ALEX-SRI.HTM .
CNST-NWS.HTM, in web format, is a preview of the The Constantine Report, no. 3, a journal, 180 pages of "deep politics" and intelligence research, largely on mind control, whick was to be "on the stands" in mid-December 1995.
Part of the above Report preview concerns the Mc. Martin preschool atrocities. This institution was a CIA setup to experiment with torture conditioning of children, some of whom got venereal disease. ALXMRTN2.HTM, in web format, goes more deeply into this case.
Published here for Alex in March of 1997 is the report Acclaimed 1991-92 San Diego Grand Jury Child Abuse Report Demonstrated to be Fraudulent by Subsequent Grand Jury.
For only $13 (as of 5-96) you can now buy Alex's new paperback, Psychic Dictatorship in the USA, published by Feral House. The three sections of the book are:

I began reading it and found quite damning evidence pointing to several government agencies and companies like Lockheed, General Electric, Honeywell, Northrop, and TRW. He points out that Star Wars money has funded the psychotronics weapons development. Conspirators at Stanford University, UCLA (University of California at Los Angeles), and Lawrence Livermore Laboratories are awfully close to me!
Each chapter's endnotes of references cover several pages, so thoroughly is this book researched.. One could spend years reading them. He names conspirators from many decades, including ones in the present Clinton era.

James Thomas Fleming

In his report, James Thomas Fleming, former Project Coordinator of the National Intelligence Service, details how acoustic mind control experiments were conducted there. Certain frequencies would allow controllers to create assasins of unsuspecting subjects.
The report is taken from Thomas Fleming's web site, TKREALM: Mind Control - Secret Experiments. He urges readers to save it to disk as he fears retribution from the government. Check the site for updates.
1-99. From an anonymous E-mail:

Jim has been arrested by the DSS. None of us know whether or not he will be charged, or what will happen to him.
He said to take what he gave you and propogate it as much as possible. This would help to accomplish his goal of speading the truth as well as gain support in the court of public opinion.

Harlan Girard

Since he is head of the International Committee on Offensive Microwave Weapons, the Harlan Girard collection of documents is quite significant.
The most recent is his lawsuit against the US Government to stop nonconsensual testing on human subjects! This reviews domestic and international laws against this.

Dr. Helmut Lammer Ph.D. is an Austrian space scientist and Austrian MUFON representative. He wrote:

The fact that the Napa Sentinel Mind Control Series appeared in a daily newspaper makes this series an unusual find. It is an exhaustive study, found through a link from the Freedom of Thought Foundation web site. I've added a clickable table of contents to this web page.
This is a thorough and shocking history of the covert mind control operations (some in co-operation with the Mafia) against civilians, veterans, prisoners, children, military personnel, and anyone else!
The city of Napa is in the northern part of the state of California, USA.

Jack Petersen

Jack Petersen will be sending in reports relevant to psychotronics victims.
His first, Operational Cloaking Devices, is a bit incredible -- his experiences with an operative with a personal device which renders her invisible. It's hard to imagine light passing through the hidden body. This reminds me, however, of the story of the Philadelphia Experiment -- the Navy making a ship invisible, as witnessed by visiting British sailors, after which those of the crew who were still alive had massive health problems. John Quinn has a bit to say about it in his Montauk document.

The USAF Montauk Project
HAARP's Covert Agendas

New work: Phoenix Undead - The Montauk Project and Camp Hero Today, a continuation of the Montauk article, below, goes deeply into mind control and its origins, including locations of researchers, victim stories, etc.
John Quinn lives near the Montauk Air Force station in New York, USA. Quoting segments from the introduction to his first article, Montauk Air Station, Active or Not?, about its infamous activities:

Recently much evidence has surfaced indicating that the base and the subterranean facilities were and still are used for a tremendous amount of top-secret, ultra-classified research and experimentation ... in quantum and particle physics (black hole simulation), super-powerful electrical fields, weather control, psychotronics ... , genetics, and electronic and drug-based mind control. The preponderance of this evidence strongly suggests that ... these activities ... have utilized unwitting and even helpless subjects ... Certain of these experiments ... had such devastating results ... that several project insiders conspired to sabotage the proceedings in August 1983, forcing the base's total, but as it turns out only temporary, abandonment.

HAARP's Covert Agendas - The Big Picture is a new work on the infamous transmitter(s) in Alaska, which may be spreading to the main states. Sent to the MCF in April 1998, it gives exciting and current coverage of the phenomenon which can actually change the weather and effect people's minds over a wide area. HAARP seems to be moved in at Montauk and combined with particle beams!
Covered is the fact that HAARP could have caused the massive storm damage attributed to El Nino, with evidence that just that happened. All kinds of unnatural electromagnetic activity was picked up by weather radar.
The last part covers HAARP's role in electronic anti-personnel weaponry.
The controversial fax covered in HAARP's Covert Agendas is the subject of revealing correspondence, which John wants everyone to be aware of. He sends a compilation including the fax and correspondence he has had with the Navy about it.

Elizabeth Royte - The Altered State

Sharon Shea sent this New York Times article which details a personal brain entrainment device envisioned by experimenter Michael Persinger in Canada.
The significant thing is that he details how he already is beaming signals into various parts of test subjects brains and producing involuntary responses of great magnitude, both heavenly and hellish, which may match many remote beaming victims' experiences.

Eleanor White - Speech to Educate MDs

Victim - activist - web master Eleanor White, founder of her media awareness project, offers a formula for educating MDs. She would (or will) give it at one of their professional seminars.
The speech (also at her web site - see much more there) details the who, what, and why of electronic torture by beams and could be adopted by other activists.

Katharina Wilson

Katharina Wilson, Webmaster of The Alien Jigsaw, sent me this letter on the sheep cloning breakthrough. Alan Yu

Alan Yu was a top ranking finance officer in the Taiwanese Army. Now living in the US, he came across a purchase order for parts for a "thoughts-detecting" machine. He gives us a wealth of information from his research and experience.
For Alan's efforts to educate the public he has received periodic visits by the remote controllers.
The latest from Alan is this breakthrough 3-97 news posting from alt.mindconrol,  Millimeter Waves and Mind Control,  in web page format. He uncovered an English scientific article about watching people through walls and seeing what's in their pockets. The technology is for sale in the civilian sector, and Alan relates it to the "corrupted" mind control operation.
The Dec. 1995 edition of Alan Yu's story, Freedom of Privacy and Thoughts, was found in three text files but is now a large web page. Trained in auto maintenance in the armed services, he includes ASCII art of emitters which he found in his car.
From (12/3/95)  a commentary on the "Remote Viewing" element of the CIA recently covered in the media.
